KHA Chartered Surveyors is the trading name of Kevin Hurley Associates Ltd, formed in 2000 by Kevin Hurley BSc MRICS.

KHA Chartered Surveyors is based in the picturesque Suffolk village of Long Melford, near Sudbury and principally covers the areas of Suffolk and Essex.

Chartered Surveyors are the principal property profession and are qualified to give advice on all matters concerning land and buildings. Chartered Surveyors have to observe and abide by the stringent rules and professional standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) including a commitment to continue training to keep their skills up top date.

Chartered Building Surveyors are specialists in Building Law, design, surveys, and building maintenance. These skills include advice on existing buildings, from maintenance, alteration and conservation to design of new properties and extensions. Legal and management skills include schedules of dilapidations, expert reports, dispute hearings and party wall matters.
